Our roots in the Michigan Construction Industry run long and deep. The building legacy began in 1968 when Cosimo Dicicco worked as a machine operator in the underground water and sewer business. Driven by the spirit for building the American Dream, the first speculative homesite was built in 1984. During the mid 1990s the company determined that there was a need for homes which were affordable, yet filled with features and amenities traditionally associated with custom homes. For the past 40 years, our company has built homes across Michigan, providing long lasting value to each family. Our past communities offered homes with such amenities as spacious owner suites, over-sized tubs, volume ceilings, skylights and much more. These features were unheard of in anything but the costliest custom homes at the time. In the years since, we maintained that commitment to innovation by implementing the latest in building techniques and material technologies, expanding features and providing unmatched service to over 500 homeowners. Michigan Residential New Construction Housing awards include the Franklin Gold Medal Award as Southeast Michigan Small Business of the Year and Best Insulated Home Award in the Industry.
